For the best experience, we encourage you to download the Church Center app and connect to Spring Run Presbyterian Church.
PCO (Planning Center Online) is the church management software we use to manage most aspects of church operations, services, events, groups and people information. PCO is a collection of products with church specific functions. Depending on your role at SRPC, you many have access to one or more.
People: Planning Center People is a tool for staff, ministry leads, and key volunteers to find and share information about the people in your church. It is not designed to be used as a church directory, or for the general congregation.
Services: Planning Center Services is an online system for scheduling team members, organizing services, and communicating. If you serve on Sunday mornings, you will use Services to block out dates and schedule yourself.
Groups: Planning Center Groups helps group leaders manage members, plan events, take attendance, and share resources. Group members are required to log-in to access resources. Anyone can view open groups and request to join.
Registrations: Planning Center Registrations is the tool we use for event registration, payment and attendee organization. Anyone can register through Registrations. Leaders can use administrative features to manage their event.
Giving: Planning Center Giving is the backbone of donation management. It's a unified system that allows us to securely take online donations, process cash and check gifts and receive gifts via text. Donors can access complete history.
Calendar: Planning Center Calendar is the tool we use to manage our building resources. It is used to reserve rooms and publish building use calendars for leadership.
Check-Ins: Planning Center Check-Ins is a fast, simple and secure check-in system for our nursery. It allows for secure check-in and check-out of children. Parents are assigned unique identifiers each time they check-in.
There are several ways to access PCO. Access is dependent upon the product you need to use and the permissions you have been granted by the church administrators.
