Whether in college or working, we want young adults between the ages of 18-25 to feel at home in our ministry for college students and young adults. Finding a fun, life-giving, Christian community within this age range in Midlothian can be very challenging. As a result, this group exists to:
- build healthy relationships with other young adults
- encourage young adults to grow in their personal relationships with Christ
- provide a way for college students and young adults to serve and participate in the life of the church.
1825 seeks to accomplish these goals in two main ways.
Dinner & Discussion Nights
On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, a different family in our church hosts the 1825 group for dinner. After dinner, we have a discussion about some topic pertaining to faith and life. These nights are both fun and thought-provoking.
Social Nights
On the 4th Wednesday of each month one of our leaders will host the group for a low-key social night - think games, movies, snacks, and such! These are a great opportunity to bring a friend or someone who is unfamiliar with church.
